If your grass exceeds 10 inches in height, your job may be classified as a double cut. A double cut means the contractor must make two full passes over the lawn — once to knock down the height, and again for a clean finish. This is not a standard cut and requires additional time and effort.
If your contractor determines a double cut is needed upon arrival, they will notify you before proceeding. A double-cut job is priced at 1.5× the standard flat rate for your tier. You will have the option to approve or cancel at that point.
