YardChaser Contractor Agreement — Non-Solicitation Policy

As a YardChaser service provider, you agree not to solicit, accept, or arrange direct payment from any customer you were introduced to through the YardChaser platform, outside of the platform, for a period of 12 months following your last completed job with that customer. Violation of this policy — including accepting off-platform payment, exchanging personal contact information for the purpose of bypassing the platform, or encouraging a customer to cancel a YardChaser booking in favour of a private arrangement — will result in immediate and permanent suspension from the platform, forfeiture of any pending payouts, and may be subject to further legal action.
